User Data Deletion Instructions
Salesbot is a product of Eximbot Private Limited.
If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account with Salesbot and want to delete your data, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Salesbot account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Disconnect your Facebook / WhatsApp Business integration.
4. Send a data deletion request to support@salesbot.cc with your registered email and business name.
5. Our team will verify your request and delete applicable user data from Salesbot within 7 business days.
You can also remove Salesbot from your Facebook account:
1. Go to your Facebook account Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites / Business Integrations.
3. Find Salesbot.
4. Click Remove.
5. Select the option to request data deletion, if available.
